I would like to place a portrait order. What do you need from me?

I’m currently accepting portrait commissions for the time periods listed on the commission page. To secure your spot, full payment is required. I start each portrait in the order payments are received.

You can make a one-time payment or choose installment options by covering the commission rates specified by the banks.

I don’t have a photo of my pets together. Can you work with individual photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes! I will provide two stages of approval! The first is for the composition, and the second is for the draft. After you send me photos of your pets, I will adjust the composition in various ways and send it to you for approval. Once you approve the chosen composition, I will begin working on the draft. After you approve the draft, I will proceed with the original artwork.

What is the background like in the portraits?

After you send me your photos, I’ll share a document with you. To help you choose the background color, I’ll create a PDF using your photos combined with different fabric color options. We’ll move forward based on your selection!

How much is the shipping cost?

I offer free shipping for my products. Currently, I only work with UPS Air, which is a highly fast and reliable company for delivery process and updates. Once the tracking number is created, I will share it with you. Shipments usually arrive within 2–5 days, no matter where you are in the world.

Question 7

How should I frame my portrait when I receive it?

I send my artworks mounted on a wooden stretcher. You can hang them directly on your wall or gift them as they are. Alternatively, you may choose to have a custom frame made at an art framer to suit your personal style. The portraits are long-lasting and durable as long as they are kept away from water. Whether to frame them with glass or not is entirely up to you.
